Upcycle: Paper scraps

You KNOW you have them..... all those paper scraps lying around that you just cant bear to part with.... (or is that only me?)

 

Anwho..... here are some great ways to use them up... CREATIVELY of course! 

You could use the garland for parties or every day.... just because!
